Returns and Refunds Policy

At Cheeki Bum, your comfort, health, and confidence matter deeply to us. Because underwear is worn close to the body, we follow strict hygiene standards to protect all customers.

Can I return underwear?

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened underwear for change of mind, sizing, or style preference. This includes:

• Incorrect size selection
• Colour preference
• “Didn’t suit me” or “changed my mind”

This policy is standard for intimate apparel and helps ensure every customer receives a brand-new, unworn item.

Our Sealed with Love Size Exchange Promise

We know sizing can be tricky — so we’ve created a way to give you real confidence, especially when ordering multiple pairs.

Every Cheeki Bum arrives sealed with our special Sealed with Love sticker. If you’ve ordered more than one pair, we recommend opening one pack only first to confirm your fit before unsealing the rest.

If the size isn’t right, any unopened packs are eligible for a size exchange, provided:

• The Sealed with Love sticker is fully intact
• The underwear is in original condition, folded exactly as received
• Your exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
• A limit of one exchange per order applies

How it works: You cover the cost of posting your return to us — and we’ll reship your new size back to you, on us. 🩵

To initiate an exchange, email us at help@cheekibum.com.au with your order number and the size you need.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

Of course — we’ve got you 

If your item:

• Is faulty
• Arrives damaged
• Is not what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

help@cheekibum.com.au

Include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos if applicable

We’ll review the issue promptly and offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our hygiene policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a remedy if a product:

• Has a major fault
• Is unsafe
• Is significantly different from its description
